Phil Masquelette

Phil last worked in the Legal Division as a Senior Attorney in the Dallas Regional Office and is currently Senior Vice President, Chief Risk Officer, and Chief Information Security Officer for Ulster Savings Bank, located in Kingston, New York.  Phil volunteers as a Non-Financial Risk Advisory Board member with the Center for Financial Professionals. He is also active in the Rotary Club of Kingston, New York.  He enjoys reading and considers himself a lifelong learner.  He is an active Episcopalian and over the past several years has studied Biblical Hebrew and Hebrew grammar under the tutelage of an ordained Jewish Rabbi. He and his wife, Melissa, have one daughter and three grandchildren. He was elected as Preisident and a member of the AFDICA Board of Directors in November 2024.
