Ronald Bieker was FDIC Deputy Director, Field Operations Branch, Division of Resolutions and Receiverships 2005 – 2011 Dallas, TX. He managed the day-to-day national operations of the Division with responsibility for planning, coordinating, and implementing, complex insured depository resolutions and receiverships, including 360 failed banks during the past four years with aggregate assets in excess of $600 Billion. Built field operations staff from 220 employees to over 2,400 employees and 5,000 contractors. Established major business offices by significantly expanding the Dallas, TX office and creating three Temporary Satellite Offices in CA, FL and IL to handle over $45 Billion of assets and oversee more than 180 loss-share agreements covering approximately $160 Billion of assets. Ron was instrumental in encouraging others to join the AFDICA organizing committee and setting up the initial AFDICA back of the house operations. He served as Executive Director in AFDICA's inaugural year. |
